Cost of House Clearances
House Clearances vary in prices and we at TCL REUSE understand that keeping costs low is important. On average the cost of:
- A studio/ one-bedroom apartment would cost in the region of £550 plus VAT.
- A 2-bedroom house would be in the region of £695 plus VAT.
- A 3-bedroom house would be in region of £795 plus VAT.
- A 4-bedroom house would be in the region of £995 plus VAT.
These prices are average and may vary depending on the amount of items within each house. In some occasions due to the amount being collected the price will be higher, however, if there are fewer items or there are a number of items that can be reused the price may go down. Each enquiry is dealt with on an individual basis.

Can I donate some items and will the price be affected?
Yes! If there a number of items that can be reused and do not need to go to landfill, then we will inform you and identify the items. This will have a bearing and a reduction on the price. As a charity our aim is to help low income families by providing low cost, quality furniture at low prices. This helps families and the community. By recycling and not placing furniture items into landfill which ultimately harms the environment.
So if you use TCL Reuse to provide you with a house clearance service you can be assured that you will be given a competitive, and in some cases a better, price than many commercial house clearance companies. You will not be charged for reusable items as some commercial operators do. You will be helping other people who may be less fortunate than yourself, and it will be carried out in a professional and timely manner.
